<Yes, I have been hoping for a personal attack on Wexler or Asensio or on anybody from the TAVA CEO. We did get a long rebuttal a while ago from the CFO, didn't we?>

WRONG! TAVA Investor Relations did NOT contact NOR respond to Wexler's June 25 post.

<... A few hours later I get a response from TAVA's investor relations!!!! The reason I mentioned that my "fraud detectors" have now kicked in is because this email exchange suggests that TAVA investor relations may be a little ... ahhh ... overenthusiastic and perhaps a bit paranoid. I'll leave it up to the reader to decide.> BILL WEXLER, Silicon Investor June 25, 1998 1:54AM EST

The previous week (June 17) TAVA Investor Relations responded to an email from a stockholder, who in turn posted the entire response publicly on SI. On June 24 someone emailed Wexler the June 17 post. When he posted the info below, he was under the mistaken impression that TAVA IR was responding directly to him. This was NOT the case.

Bill later admitted this error:

<BTW, when I received that email i had no idea it was a cut and paste from a previous post. I was under the impression that IR had responded to my concerns directly. So can it Cheryl.>
