IVR is not new, you get it most times when you call a company, bank, etc. This use of IVR is just another application other than what TSIS uses for InvestorReach and MarketReach. Security First appears to create documents for mail, fax, etc using IVR. TSIS is trying to do away with paper and mail for their clients! TSIS does offer fax and as we have been discussing on this thread may need to look at internet dissemination also.
