FTEL is a joke and has a fanatical following....why I don't know.

Barb, the FTEL post actually looked good to me. He invited folks to visit the company and verify facts for themselves, you don't get that from a scam very often. I don't know what was said that triggered his legal threats. But my usual comment that a CEO should concentrate on fundamentals instead of lawsuits still applies.

Barb,

I've traded FTEL and use to followed the stock. The spoken to the CEO a few times, and he is sincere and passionate about his company. At one point, I was considering flying down to tour his facilities and "kick the tires" before taking part in a private placement. I never accepted the private placement, but the company did seem legitimate. I will say that they are PR driven.

FTEL - last time I checked, you needed a lawsuit to issue a subpoena. Anybody know if FTEL has filed a such a suit that it could legitimately use subpoena power to identify posters? Or is this just CEO puffery?

I noticed that his post got 40 replies, only two of which were negative.
