Hi Mary. I've lived in this country all my life and I have never heard anyone refer to "comic keystone generals w/ left over weapons!" Maybe you are thinking about keystone cops? FWIW, I'm not trying to take over the world with a C64. I agree that processors will keep advancing (I don't think anyone on this board would argue that development would stop!). But somehow you managed to "brainstorm" the notion that I meant the Media GX was incapable of handling full feature applications. Maybe you should go to a computer store and ask, "Excuse me, computer flunkie, but can you direct me to your best selling laptop?" When they show it to you (if it is in stock!) you might be amazed to find out this little putter is powered by MEDIAGX. Than you can tweak as much as you want, just don't "strip down" in the store! If you don't think this can fit your needs, maybe you should wait for a Mxi based system. Sorry if that seemed like a jedi mind trick, I wouldn't want you "believeing" in something that wasn't true.
