PARTNERSHIP FOR CANADIAN MARKET
DALLAS/TORONTO, July 13 /CNW/ - WavePhore Newscast Inc. and Infomart
Dialog Ltd., today announced a strategic partnership to launch a co-branded
business information service to serve corporations in the Canadian market. The
new service, Newscast Canada, is scheduled to debut in the third quarter of
1998.
The partnership aligns the strengths of two prominent players in the
information industry. Infomart Dialog is Canada's leading independent news and
information organization with more than 1,000 media, government, business and
financial organizations using its electronic information services. WavePhore

Under the terms of the agreement, Infomart Dialog will provide sales
expertise in the promotion and soliciting of the new service, Newscast Canada.

via Infomart Dialog. The basic package will be customized for the Canadian
market and will contain Canadian news and stock market information. Infomart
Dialog, who maintains a direct sales force throughout Canada, will be
responsible for all sales and marketing activities associated with Newscast
Canada. WavePhore Newscast will host and manage the service through its
state-of-the-art NewsCenter in Dallas, Texas.
