This could not possibly be covered by the "safe haven" rule. One company says they own the property, another says they do. These are material facts, already tried in Chilean courts of law. I think I will believe the ones with the shortest criminal record.

Unfortunately, being confident isn't good enough, we need facts not assumption....the PR clearly states that...."Dayton Mining Corporation holds a 100 percent interest in the Andacollo Gold Mine located in
central Chile." Are they simply lying??? if so were is MDIN response?
