Dr. Seuss,

You do seem intent on your purpose to label this stock a fraud. Is there a way that you can address this in a factual way or is this only your opinion?? You do realize that slander is illegal do you not?? And that the FTC can grab all the info it wants about you if it feels that you are slandering or purposely trying to manipulate the price of a stock?? Look over your shoulder and be wary, you reap what you sow..

Good evening Seuss,

Could you point out why TZMI and Dupont are involved in a "fraudulent stock"? What portion of my last post did you find objectionable? In the past, some shorts had contended that there was no evidence that indicated that the Tenn. property could be economically mined. This is a very important point! The report from TZMI indicates that the property CAN be economically mined. What portion of the report do you find objectionable? Instead of throwing around wild accusations, why don't you contribute to this thread by bringing up issues regarding the CJ/ Tenn. property or even the coal industry so that we can all benefit by looking at both sides of the issue? Why is it that some of the shorts can do very little but accuse individuals of being "paid" to discuss issues involving a particular company? In regards to hype, I've got a long way to go before I attain the level of HYPE-neg you dish out! BTW, I would suggest that you read the recent article that appears in the FT regarding what is said about a company in these chat sites...you may decide to change some of the words you use to describe certain companies.

Sincerely,

Jas
