John, I was looking at Selsius IP PBX as well. selsius.com I think they have the most elegant and marketable solution at this time (works over standard Ethernet), eliminates the need for second wire to go to desktop, adjusts compression depending on path and bandwidth etc. But I have no idea if the thing works, or if it is just hype. The feature set seems limited at this time. Another company with an interesting un-PBX is Sphere: spherecom.com Their approach is ATM to the desktop, so it will probably never go anywhere. Joe
