I am impressed with the conceptual bigger picture of EDII. I think that the mexican tile idea is excellent. Low labor, raw material, energy costs,NAFTA, ongoing prosperity in North American and it looks to me that Central and South America will experience a home construction boom also. Back to the bigger picture, I think that management is determined to maximize shareholder value and build a considerable firm. They move so fast and are open to new avenues of profit. Aside from the off-point arguing that goes on here, I like the future prospects of this company.

Wireless's analysis was based on Intile's own SEC filings, which I think we may assume were accurate. Could you please repost the "earlier DD" that tells a different story?

ColleenB, I read this thread with great interest this weekend and refer you to Intile's 10KSB filed with the SEC and dated June 17, 1998:

NOTE 2 - GOING CONCERN UNCERTAINTY

The accompanying consolidated financial statements have been
prepared assuming that the Company will continue as a going
concern. The Company has suffered significant losses during the
fiscal years ended March 31, 1997 and 1996 and has a capital
deficit at March 31, 1997. The Company is not in compliance with
numerous covenants of its bank financing agreement and the bank
has sent a Notice of Claim and Demand for Arbitration dated
December 2, 1997. Accordingly, there is substantial doubt about
the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.

This differs from previous so-called "DD" which stated that Intile was superbly managed and debt free.
