RE: Blanking Words. Few. From what I have been able to find out, the blanking of words etc requires more encoded information not just the ratings and this of course would be a legislative and logistical nightmare... look how hard it is to get all the networks to encode the simple U.S. rating system. In that regard Canada, once we pull our head out of our b#$tt, should encode quickly as we have only three major networks (CBC/Radio Canada, CTV and GLOBAL). Cheers, Graham
