emerging leader in Internet-based staffing and employee leasing services
today announced preliminary sales and earnings data for their newly acquired
staff leasing subsidiary, Advanced Compensation Services (ACS). Since its
inception in the third quarter of 1997, ACS has experienced sales growth of
more than 50 percent per quarter for each of the past four quarters.

>Sales exploded from $1.2 million at the end of Q3 1997, to $5.3 million at
the end of Q2 1998, representing a total increase of over 400 percent in
their first fiscal year. Earnings per quarter for the same period more than
tripled, to approximately $100 thousand in the fourth quarter. Total sales
for fiscal year 1997-98 were $11.4 million and profits for the same period
were $165 thousand.

>Q2 sales soared over 50 percent of Q1 sales of $1.2 million to $2.8
million. Q3 sales were $3.1 million up 72 percent over Q2 sales and Q4
sales were up 71 percent over the third quarter to $5.3 million.

has already demonstrated consistent dramatic growth rates since its
