Archer, He IS taking care or his company. I am afraid you have missed the point. I hope before you come on a thread and make such strong comments that you have at least read the last 8 to 10 months of posts here. If not then you don't know what you are talking about (as far as this thread and company are concern) Furthermore if you are an institutional investor and have time to come on this thread during market hours and make such comments, then I would like to know the name of the institution you invest for so I could consider selling any positions I might have. Because it seems clear to me you react without researching your subject. The internet investor forums seems to be a problem that many companies have these days. With the onset of the internet, companies have a whole new set of problems to deal with and this is one of them. So I am very happy (as a shareholder) to have a CEO that is addressing them. YOU can rest assure that this is not his main focus. Nobody here has a problem with a negative position. What we do have a problem with is the constant hammering and presentations of half truths in a evil spirited manner, that are hidden behind such comments as "correct me if I am wrong and freedom of speech" Wes

Archer, If you WERE an Institutional Investor you would know how to short FTEL...Hint, its North of the border...Or maybe what you mean is your IN an institution and you want to invest? Whatever, I'd suggest you "dropped" in to defend VSPEC and your right he really NEEDS all the help he can get... Try calling 1-800-Frankln and actually ASK someone what the company is about before you "short" it. Or better yet call someone who knows what they are doing and PLEASE SHORT it. We need some "bodies" to "squeeze"...and "PROFESSIONAL SHORT SELLERS" would be right at the TOP of the LIST... Bob
