Mark what's your point? Should I sell all my shares? Will you send me a check if you are wrong and the company is successful? Will the others send me a check if the stock tanks? Of course neither will happen. The price of the stock has taken into account ALL the items you have posted as will as the other. There is NOTHING you have provided that is not public information and reflected by the current share price. Tell me something I don't know. By the way, for a little lesson in history and the importance in 10K's in making a investment decision, go back and read the 10K's of Microsoft in the 80's and early 90's as well as Dell. Hell read the 10K's of all the recent high flyers. Using your investment model there would be a lot of investors with far less jack in thier account. No guts no glory.
