I have become cynical in this BB world. I agree if no other course of financing is available, a private placement of equity may be an option. To raise the $500K Dinning discussed with me, it would take 12.5M shares at current prices. Now for a worst case senerio, some convertable preffered deal may be in the works, and one of the requirements is increasing authorized shares so as a serious conversion can take place, totally dilluting common shares. The proof is in the pudding. Waiting for news on financing prior to adding to my position. jmt
