Infocall Releases Preliminary Sales and Earnings Data of Newly Acquired Subsidiary
PR Newswire - July 13, 1998 11:04

Year-End Results Depict Over Fifty Percent Growth per Quarter

VIENNA, Va., July 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Infocall Communications Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: INFE) an emerging leader in Internet-based staffing and employee leasing services today announced preliminary sales and earnings data for their newly acquired staff leasing subsidiary, Advanced Compensation Services (ACS). Since its inception in the third quarter of 1997, ACS has experienced sales growth of more than 50 percent per quarter for each of the past four quarters.

Sales exploded from $1.2 million at the end of Q3 1997, to $5.3 million at the end of Q2 1998, representing a total increase of over 400 percent in their first fiscal year. Earnings per quarter for the same period more than tripled, to approximately $100 thousand in the fourth quarter. Total sales for fiscal year 1997-98 were $11.4 million and profits for the same period were $165 thousand.

Q2 sales soared over 50 percent of Q1 sales of $1.2 million to $2.8 million. Q3 sales were $3.1 million up 72 percent over Q2 sales and Q4 sales were up 71 percent over the third quarter to $5.3 million.

According to Garner Umphrey, managing partner of the ACS subsidiary, "ACS has already demonstrated consistent dramatic growth rates since its inception. With potential new accounts in the growing pipeline and the addition of Infocall resources to propel our sales and marketing operation, we expect to see a continued upward spiral in sales and income."

Tom Richfield, CEO of Infocall, proclaimed that these preliminary findings surpassed the expectations of the Board, the shareholders, and the investment community.

ACS offers employee leasing services to clients on a national basis. ACS has in excess of 1,500 work site employees currently under contract. ACS services mainly government contractors in the security industry. Future plans are to begin to exploit new markets in addition to their current market niche.
