Wasn't Royal the purchaser of First Security National Bank, the first online bank. The parent company sold the bank and kept the software company.

I believe Royal does this in-house, but the bill pay is not even close to a pay anyone. If the person/merchant your trying to pay is not on the list, then it won't allow you to pay on-line. I think they have around 2,000 merchants.
