Just found this over at ragingbull....

Good Morning all, don't have much time, but I would like to try and answer a couple of questions put out by EDII share holders.

On the question regarding the drop off in volume, and if people are selling because of all the negative fighting? Answer is no, what you are seeing is MM's walking the price down, on next to nothing in volune. 11,000 shares traded, and they drop the price 7 cents. What they are attempting to do is shake loose, weak hands, and start a panic sell. Heavy volume works both ways, you get your highest highs and lowest lows on heavy, not light volume.

So again on the question are people selling, no, people are not selling. On the next question, someone is concerned of Daniel Dror selling shares. Again, he has not sold any shares, he has only filed to, which will enable him to sell 200,000 shares when he wants to. One thing people to need to realize is that Daniel Dror owns over 25% of the company, so his 200,000 shares equal to about the same amount as if one of us sold 2,000 shares, it's not a big thing.CEO sell shares they own all the time, matter of fact, I would have been more surprised had he not sold some shares and taken some profit for his hard work. Remeber he aquired 25% of EDII, when it was trading under a dime, so why not take a little profit. I believe he filed, because he believes this month, EDII is going to hit a new high.
