<<TRIG doens't have too many shares outstanding but they have made a lot of acquisitions lately and I wasn't sure of the terms.>> Bill, Part of FDCC's IPO funds will go towards acquisitions of additional franchisees -- I don't have the exact number handy, but I believe $3-4 million. They've already made a successful acquisition in Mirocon and there'll probably be news of another before too much longer. Nice late day buying. Institutional, most likely. -Michael
