If I were the CEO of any company with a share value of under $10 I would constantly have a filing in so that I could sell stock. Just in case one fine day for unknown reasons the stock goes from .50 to $2. I might want to sell a few shares. It would be very frustrating for that to occur and not be able to sell especially if you thought that $2 was an abberation.

Once again, you don't choose to attribute what appears on a quick reading to be a bit of insider info?

And what kind of sense does this make, exactly?:

I just want to reiterate that Daniel cannot sell restricted shares and profit personally from it. You cannot sell restricted shares!!! They can trade hands and must be registered as a "sell" by the SEC.

I would assume that if Dror's shares "trade hands" then they will no longer be his, right? In what way is this "trade" any different from a "sell"? Sorry, not really a very good effort.

The trading of those shares he's done in the past has been done for services rendered to individuals who are bringing large institutional buyrs into EDII.

Gort and Guttman? Normally PR/IR people would be paid with treasury shares, not the CEO's own personal stash.

And WHAT institutional investors? Institutions generally don't buy penny stocks.
