I listened to CCSC conference call and it was very encouraging that the fundamentals are improving expecially the strong backlog. They also addressed the pending merger that they have complied with the Justice Dept's second request and that both TLAB and CCSC are fully committed to getting the merger done. They said that the Justice Dept hasn't been very communicative in outlining any issues, if any at all. Mgmt. sounded frusttrated but they seemed confident that their lawyers are competent. We will hve to wait and see what happens.
