Hi Bill; Well I may be right but it's not doing me any good,
so far,.
BTW I have given up on the supercap index ^hfx2 , it has big caps
in it BUT only NYSE stocks , no NAZ , also it's to small, and does
not have any Drug stocks or Banks, so I don't think it represents
the market all that good.
I feel tracking the Nifty Fifty of the S&P is a better deal.
And they are up .31% so far today..sort of defying the run up
in rates .
Jim

Bill,
This one's for you!>>>>http://biz.yahoo.com/finance/980713/u_s_option_2.html
My vix and vgy do not have the right "carma"!GGGGGG

Some indicators say up and others down. I still don't see the BK...YET!Today was a perfect example of how hard this market is trying to go up...or at least not down.
I figured out why the vix, vgy, etc. are not giving me a good signal.
The internals are messing with several indicators as much as they are with our heads! This type of action is making any one indicator especially weak.Soooo, given that can you think of another one that might discount all this "funny" stuff going on.The tried and true aren't working this month.?????
Regards,
Barbara
