It seems to be that hardly anybody is confident. If Henley will not be able to show that book value of $2, everybody will know that it is not trustworthy. So long.

Selling before earnings come out could make sense,
since Henley never had profits so far. It is very unlikely that they will be able to show a profit this time. Audits should be completed by now and someone should already know something. If the numbers would be good, there should have already been some acquisitions. Maybe they are delaying the earnings because they do not want to show a bad result. By the way Henley did not announce a date for earnings, so they can keep investors waiting, maybe for weeks or even months.
