Charles, I think they have probably had several supoenas (sp?) for records. Probably related to stock fraud. I imagine SI must be going through the same thing. I guess Yahoo figured that chat rooms were a small part of their overall operation and not worth the hastle. Sooner or later someone will probably try to sue Yahoo or SI for allowing posters to post. The whole big brother concept. Since very few people want to take responsibility, every time something bad happens they want the gov. to pass another law or they want to sue someone. Tim Hall
