<Henry, you have been pretty much on the mark in seeing the business side of LGND unfold.>

Walter are you sure your talking about Lgnd? Although I respect Henry's knowledge on the science side, his predictions on the business side have been wrong on a fairly regular basis. Henry was predicting $30 per share by August 98. 15 trading days and counting.

Speaking of Heard on Wall Street, this afternoon the Wall Street Business report on CBS radio mentioned Viagra and its blockbuster sales. The report indicated that companies were now beginning to target female sexual dysfunction. Several companies (no names mentioned) had drugs that were just entering clinical trials and companies were preparing for filing IND's. The only drug mentioned was testosterone, which was known to increase sexual appetite but had side effects.

As you know, LGND claims to have the largest androgen program in the world. The program targets men and women's health and is designed to address "unmet needs" through increased efficacy and decreased side effects. LGND's animal data is quite extensive and impressive.
