IMO this is not an issue of clearing the facts up and getting
on with the program one way or another.

We are dealing with a pack of liars, either Dayton or
MDIN. If MDIN is lying about this then they are likely
lying about everything else.

Good points, and thats what I hope to see by MDIN is objective proof, ie court documents and/or orders, that back up who is right and wrong. GG
