Perhaps you can theorize on why AMD needs to sell Vantis to raise cash, when they have 692 million. Are they going to be spending it all so fast.

What will cause such HUGE expenses!! (Could it be the poor YIELDS)

Actually, Intel's margins are about to increase now that the Celeron will become the bargain-basement-leader, allowing the Pentium II and Xeons to maintain a more Intel-like pricing strategy.

You should invest in a company with margins -- instead of the companies with LOSSES that you now own - AMD and Cyrix/NSM.
