IF I understood it correctly,the SEC has gotten involved with about 30 people (prosecution, I think) about P&D on the internet.

Are individuals who pumped a penny stock and later disclosed they sold during the pump, to be reported too?

tonto: I don't know the particulars, I only heard bits and pieces of the story.
I was concentrating more on watching the phone, I was hoping the SEC would call.
I have a lot of good ideas about cleaning up the internet, fraud, illegal shorting, conspiracies, and various other topics.
Wish I could be of more help, that is
one of the reasons, I joined SI.
