MG - I called but he's on a conference call. It sounds like only one division is being sold, not the whole co. I'm not sure if it's cash or what. The only reason I jumped in is because of the chart and the probablility of a press release this week. I don't buy the rumor...It's probably someone in much higher trying to get out. We'll see.
