Last week Joe picked TNCX has a buy at 3 1/2. Its at 3 3/4 now.
Level II shows alot of interest at 3 11/16. It looks ready to pop.

I just found out that EGRP had bought 83 k shares in FVHI from Softbank at $0.6/share! Look at FVHI It is going though the roof. They just made 900% on their investment. Not bad considering their stock is up 20%. Look for more upgrades in the near term. IMHO E-trade is one of the few value plays in the internet arena. They are also expanding in Japan and Korea.
