As stipulated....I acknowledge that Janice has in fact sent me the 1997 financial statements for EDII.....there's a lot of information to look over so I don't want to be irresponsible at this time and make a comment. In my initial browse of this lengthy document, I only recognize one paragraph as having been seen before. Also, having spent quite a bit of time recovering all posted DD on the thread to recreate an information only source, I did not run across these statements. I will look further into this and report my findings when I have some. Thanks,Janice colleen
