YAC(yet another clone) ....rise has not yet risen....
hardware.pairnet.com

What few have pointed out if any is that Henry's
centaur team has all but caught up with the big
boys in a very short period of time....this says
alot about the core design of the winchip....kind
of like well written software....the proof is in
the maintenance/upgrades.

I think it will be a very merry xmas for anyone
holding idti.

Scumbria,

The street talks said that TSMC, instead of STM, is going to fabricate mP6 which is to debut during Sep/Oct 1998.

Things are looking more interesting than ever before.

I bought a C6-225 recently. In spite of its weak process power, it performs just as well as Pentium MMX of the same clock speed. Considering C6 as the first x86 processor from IDT, I have to say that it has been a great first-generation chip. By comparing C6 to P55C, the leadtime of Intel over IDT is less than two years.

Thinking to get some IDTI now.
