I should have said NASDAQ Small Cap stocks do not have to stay above $4 to continue on the NASDAQ Small Cap. I own RNTK which is on the NASDAQ Small Cap and is trading around $1 5/8. This can be verified in any financial section that lists the NASDAQ Small Caps.

You know it's amazing -- I've been on vacation and I come back and find that nothing has changed on the DGIV thread.

I noticed that there were 881 new messages basically hyping the stock (with people claiming to have inside information or contacts inside the company), and lots of chit-chat, but there is still nothing substantial. Nothing to indicate that the company is going to the Nasdaq Small Cap market, like a SEC filing, no financial reports, nothing but hot air about how great the stock is and the DGIV faithful are going to enjoy what happens to the short sellers. The stock isn't even moving in price really, and the daily volume has dropped.

It's all a mirage, with nothing tangible. Maybe these people will still be waiting for DGIV to soar 20 years from now, despite the Stock Detective's warning about DGIV (see stockdetective.com

Val - it's been a week since I posted on the DGIV thread and still, nothing has changed. The usual wild claims and fabricated stories, and still, no tangible information about the company, like a SEC filing.

What I did notice though was the nice "Disclaimer and Warning" link on the top of the DGIV messages. The proprietors of techstocks.com are passing on a message from SEC warning about market manipulation in micro-cap stocks, like DGIV. Odd... weren't we warning about the same thing?
