J.D.R.: One of the disadvantages of the internet is that it provides a forum for anonymous fools. If you truly believe what you post up, then call my bet; it's still open.

A previous post addressed to me stated that you are an experienced short seller. If that is the case, then you should mortgage your house and car(If they're not already mortgaged) to short FRX at this point, since the longs are going to "lose EVERYTHING".

Since you have not responded to my challenge, nor my request for your method of determination of the "value" of FRX that you previously posted, nor my request for your identity(I suspect that you cannot for fear of legal action), I believe that qualifies you as one of the anonymous fools that I referenced earlier.

As I said in an earlier post, you've got buzzard luck: Nothing will die, certainly not FRX, and you damned sure can't kill anything.

JDR: Your periodic rants have no credibility. If you have real facts, which to date you have not produced, by all means share them. You have previously stated you can't find stock to short and you are obviously not long,or are you. Is your ploy to scare up a little stock for your Vse buddies. You seem really angry in your posts, why is that.

J.D.R.: Recent developments in a Canadian court may soon make you and others of similar behavior less anonymous. Last month a court in Toronto ordered 12 internet service providers to turn over the names of subscribers who used aliases in attacking Phillip Services Corporation.

In an editorial yesterday vis a vis the case, The Toronto Globe and Mail stated: "A real name adds conviction, credibility and moral authority to a denunciation." Where is yours?

Today, I am instructing my attorneys to become familiar with this case and ruling, so that in the event it becomes necessary to pursue legal action we will have a ready response.

I suspect that some of the critics of FRX will be exposed as manipulators, maybe even working for boiler-rooms or broker-dealers.

Even the VSE has rules against manipulating stock prices.

AS well most experts agree Merrill report totally off base and Sec tests were more a PR exercise than substance. A point of fact the insurance company that insures CEO's in US. was downgraded two days latter, due to future Y2k lawsuit worries against CEO's .Talk about credibility problems.
