Long is certainly the direction to go. I can tell you "as a travel agency owner" that internet will not effect TSG in any way only benefit them. Here is a little secret I'll let you in on. Every booking a travel agent makes $3.00 usd goes to TSG not from the agent but from the airline. It makes no difference where it's booked, either from the agent or the internet. I find it impossiable for this company to loose money. The only way it can loose money is to loose market share. And I can tell you 9 out of 10 agents use Sabre. if you check out my web site www.empirevacations.com the booking on line is done through Sabre.
