I'm sorry I must have missed those posts. However, pardon me for slightly disagreeing with you, but I am of the opinion that there IS some worth to getting us all together even before nasdaq listing. Here's my thoughts: 1. We need to rebuild the team. 2. We need to strengthen our forces. 3. We need to know each other now since we all have a vested interest in the future. 4. We are permitting non-owners of all types to denigrate, belittle, and smash us into the dirt thereby increasing current fear and anxiety and resultant sell-outs and also hampering company efforts to secure new investors. 5. Just like the military, we need to have a strategy and plan of action. I personally do not think the only thing we can do is to sit back and let our company, share price, and our bank accounts get trounced. 6. While waiting for Nasdaq is a good idea, by the time that happens, we can be out sitting on the dock of the bay and no money to buy any more bunney slippers. Moreover, unless we move up in price, we're going to have difficulty getting on Nasdaq short of an acquisition, which I prefer not to be the way on. 7. I'm afraid the longer we sit back and do nothing the worse it's going to get. Now, I can't make anything happen myself. We need all of us so we're either in it for real and are ready to step up to the plate, take charge of events, and help make our future rather than letting our future make us. 8. This is why the decision was made for me to do what I can to get back on the Net and help us get the company in the right direction in terms of our investors. And that's what I intend to do. So, not to be argumentative, to the contrary, I am just offering up the above to help you understand why we need to act and why we need to act soon. The further we fall back, in price and sentiment, the harder the climb back to the top will be. I say, let's act and let's act soon- with a plan, a strategy, and as a cohesive team. This can be best accomplished by meeting each other for REAL and gaining a better understanding of where we're all coming from and who we are and what we stand for. I am prepared and ready to accept this challenge to get together to build a new and meaningful team of investors. Yes, we don't run the company but believe me you we can make a difference for the future. What's your thoughts??
