I assume there is some rumor propelling this at the moment, it seems a bit much for short covering. Regardless, I pulled the trigger anyways, and shorted more @ 105!

WASHINGTON, July 13 (Reuters) - Intel Corp., the world's
largest semiconductor company, said Monday it cut its stake in
CNET Inc., an online news publisher, to 638,753 common shares
or 4.1 percent from 5.9 percent previously held.
In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission,The
Santa Clara, Calif., based company said its latest transactions
include the sale of 162,500 common between July 8 and July 10
at an average price of $54.90 per share.
