Roger, could you post the terms of conversion for PLPT. I could not
find it anywhere. On 10Q, it says 2.45M preferred were converted
into 881K of series B convertibles, which in turn are convertible
into 2.2M COM shares.

If 881K convert to 2.2M, then how do we know it is floorless ?
