Stock Trader, That AOL post is right on the money. The rumor I'm hearing is that that tomorrow we'll see the closing of Acquereen and NorthEastern Plastics. Here's the URL to the original voting of the approval. biz.yahoo.com And, then, the next steps are the closings of some of the rest of these other intents. Beyond that, we'll see good 'ol Danny start the work on acquiring companies in the $50M-$100M range. So, stayed tuned. I have my shares in a very safe place. There's no bashing that will ever force me to let them go. I'm very glad to be part of this regardless of the ups and downs. And, we have the biggest ally.... the company. Things are just starting to happen. As a side note, the interesting thing about the financials everyone is looking that are no longer available on the web site,...all of these items about the acquisitions were right there in black and white. Now, we will see all of these items come true. And as for numbers from last year, those pale to what we are seeing now. Remember, this company is under new management and they are turning this into a block buster company that will and has become one of the select stocks on the BB. Just look at this PR from last Friday from AWARD WINNING SITES!!! biz.yahoo.com AND, also keep in mind, Danny is a techie. He loves the future of technology. I won't be surprised one bit when he brings all the excitement of the internet and HDTV and all the new and innovative ideas underneath the name of EDII. The only real surprise will be on the faces of those that recogonize this late. Kevin

"Heard also from an Intile insider that EDII acquisition will close this week. Final terms call for some EDII shares to go to the Intile lending bank. EDII gets $2.42 in liquid net asset value for each EDII share they give up to acquire Intile." Ah, share paper too is part of the price now, or so we're told here. So is there anything being left out here? Like massive bank debt that edii might be assuming as well? Funny that it comes 'from an Intile insider', is insider information legal in Texas?
