Reread that headline again: US Computer Croup Secures Strategic Agreement with Xybernaut Corp..

This isn't a XYBR press release folks, it's a USCG release crowing about how they managed to hitch their wagon to a rising star. Think about what that says. XYBR didn't go begging USCG to sell their stuff. Rather, USCG petitioned XYBR for the right to partake in their coming prosperity: "US Computer believes there is potential for significant growth in the wearable computing platform and we hope to participate in this area from an alliance with Xybernaut."

Xybernaut is in the driver's seat here. Same as with ENPT.
