Jeff:
You have an answer to everything except your basic dishonesty. For the last month you have been pumping ABMI as a takeover candidate for AVEI on the grounds that their catheters could be bundled with AVEI's stent. Except you forgot to mention to everyone that ABMI does not have a PTCA balloon or a high-pressure balloon in any way, shape or form. Therefore, there is absolutely nothing to bundle with AVEI period. Oops! Sorry that your clinical knowledge is so limited that you think you can bundle a biliary or urology catheter with a stent.

With regard to your last paragraph, we are discussing the stock's potential. ABMI's stock potential is based on its business potential, which is derived from its product pipeline. You have yet to point out one approved product which addresses a major unmet medical need. By the way there are at least 5 other AAA stent grafts either on the market or close to it (see Guidant's purchase of EVTI, Pfizer's purchase of Corvita to name two). Your fabled due diligence leaves an awful lot to be desired.

P.S. If it makes you sleep better thinking that everyone who doesn't believe your BS is a doomsayer than so be it.

ABMI PATENTS AND PROPRIETARY INFORMATION

The medical device industry traditionally has placed considerable importance
on obtaining and maintaining patents and trade secret protection for significant
new technologies, products and processes. ABMI obtaining patent protection in both the U.S. and abroad for patentable subject matter in its proprietary devices.

The Company has been issued five U.S. patents and one Notice of Allowance ("NOA") relating to Atherectomy catheters
and two relating to Cardiac-assist pumps, and the Company has a 50% interest in
two other U.S. patents relating to Cardiac-assist pumps. ABMI has
received two patents on the OmniStent and one on the spinal dissector. In
addition, the Company has received an NOA from the US Patent and Trademark
Office on its stent delivery system. The Company has applications pending for
additional U.S. patents and foreign patents relating to the OmniCath and
OmniStent and has foreign applications pending with respect to the Cardiac-assist pumps.

The U.S. patents currently have terms expiring at various dates from 2001 to
2015, with the earliest of the current patents relating to the OmniCath
expiring in 2008. The foreign patents expire on various dates commencing in
2009. As the Company develops modifications or improvements of existing methods
or products or develops new products or processes, it will seek additional
patents.

Folks have patience you will be rewarded, buy on dips and you will have more shares in your portfolio. Don't kick yourself when is trading at much higher price.

My goal in ABMI is too have a Homerun not just a single.

Regards,

R.T

Es-Cuse Me Dr. Jeff----
When I said i like the dips to get back in, i meant "when it dips and I get back in, it should go back up".
Can you work that out for me, please. Turn up the gas...I like it at 9, O2 at 3. Thanks.
