The brief version of the value of today's BRYO and SNDCF
relationship is as follows:

Nucleus will be INTEGRATED with the Brio suite of products.

Brio is already installed in MAJOR corporations. S&P lists customers as ARCO,
AVIS, Hewlett Packard, Hoffman LaRoche, IBM, Motorola, Sun Microsystems, US
Army and Worldcom!
Brio has commercial relationships (is viewed as complementary) with
HWP, IBM, SUN, MSFT, ORCL and others .

Brio is FOLLOWED by financial analysts and has BUY
recommendations from its IPO underwriters Deutshce Morgan, Piper
Jaffray, and R. Stephens!
