DAY was also down a bit on the Toronto exchange.
Not often you see a news release from one company, concerning another, that causes BOTH stocks to go down!

I think we'll see a much bigger response from Medinah shortly. This was just a return volley.

People who don't want to believe Medinah, fine, but why would you believe a company whose board just got tossed out?

Geez guys, I'm out in the heat today thinking there is no place hotter in the world than SW La, then I come home to a hot steamy rerun of 90210...The lost Episodes, Dayton vs. Medinah, winner takes all!
Folks, interesting info on both sides. Here's my QBing for the episode.
1) Why take so long to respond(Dayton).
2) IMO Dayton is struggling, there stock price reflects it.
3) Are we comparing Apples to Apples FOLKS?????
Re read the June 17th release from Medinah. How many suits are mentioned in that release?. How many are mentioned in the Dayton release?. Was the Dayton release provoked for some reason ie. outside agency or negotiations getting a little heated. But wait what negotiations? These would be alleged and strictly heresay. Maybe Dayton could respond to that? That would add validity to Dayton's story, but why wait so long to say what you've said. Gather the facts. What facts. Hell you should have the facts 5 minutes after Medinah issued their June 17th release. And then you file a suit against Medinah for their release. But noooooooooooooo, lets wait a month then release a news release that doesn't mention all the facts to the story IMO. Trust me as the great MEADE says from time to time....that Dayton's actions are very interesting indeed. Give Medniah a chance to respond. Man did a lightning bolt just go off or what....
Reread the following from June 17th release: " MEDINAH ENERGY INC. ANNOUNCES THAT AN AGREEMENT HAS BEEN NEGOTIATED TO ACQUIRE CONTRACTUALLY ALL RIGHTS AND ENTITLEMENT TO ANT COURT AWARDED SETTLEMENT OF LAWSUITS INVOLVING A PERCENTAGE OF THE DAYTON OPEN PIT MINE IN ANDACOLLO CHILE" in other words Dayton has to deal with Medniah to settle this. Hey Dayton are we forgetting to mention all the lawsuits involved here, and have we disclosed to the shareholders via quarterly reporting what SHOULD HAVE BEEN DISCLOSED..Hmmmmm Hey Gary need a few new clients....Man is this fun or what!!!!

MDIN's relative strength for the past 30 days: 1

Thank's Dr. Meade! Nice call! Should we still "trust you?" lol. I've made some bad recommendations in my day, but never as bad as yours here. You win :) You are the worst stock picker EVER.
