Been involved in a few acquisitions, and I am not familiar with this strategy. Is it similar to an unleveraged LBO.

Since it is "common practice", will you please list 5 companies other than EDII who have effected this strategy?

"With the acquisition and debt restructuring ... Intile becomes debt free."

1. Since the 'acquisition' has not yet happened, could we assume that Intile is not, as Colleen stated, debt free at this point?

2. Will the 'acquisition' be made with cash or edii paper? Somewhere, can't remember where, I read that edii would be buying 25,000,000 shares of Intile with $2,000,000 that they will borrow from a bank or banks. Is this still the plan? Acqueren was bought with edii paper, 25,000,000 shares of it, and Cinema was bought with part cash ($1.83mil) and part paper (8,000,000 shares) so there's no clear pattern developed here yet.

Anyway, if EDII borrows the cash from banks, buys shares in Intile with it, and then Intile pays off their debts with it, how can you ballyhoo as a wildly positive thing that Intile is 'debt-free'? Is not the debt thusly transferred only, and not discharged? Borrowing from Peter to pay Paul, imho.

3. So this must not be one of the acquisitions that are waiting for 'when they hit the magical $1 1/8', eh #reply-5143152 ?

Re 'dense' - Colleen gave me that, and I kinda like it, so feel free ... cheers
