I can assure you that a set of audited financial statements by a big-name firm would do wonders for MDIN. The increase in market value would exceed the cost of the audit by at least 100-fold. This company lacks credibility, and an audit by a reputable firm would go a long way to mitigate that.

Though, that presumes the company is legit. I suspect an audit by a Big-5 firm would prove that this company is a sham.
