Oomp: RECY is sitting at the bottom of an envelope channel... This is the same place RECY touched on three different occasions since April before moving up... The 50 day MA is hugging the 200 day MA laterally... This has typically been an accumulation area... I'm expecting a move up from these levels... In the months to come the EBITDA valuations will become clearer as investors begin to value RECY on the same basis that Takeover targets are valued in the industry... The Recent analyst recommendations recognize this... The quiet accumulation won't be quiet for long... Jim
