Thanks for your earlier response. I think this sees 120 no problem near term. We pondered this phenomenon for an hour this morning, and figure that the money is pouring out of the Internet stocks and back into the "blue chip" techs--DELL, LU, MSFT, even CPQ. Their recent runs coincide directly with YHOO's drop.

While I cannot and will not defend the trailing PE for any of these first 3 stocks, I think that momentum alone will carry MSFT well past 120 near term. But I also see it reversing course and coming back down at some point. Where the high point will be, and whether the low point again for buying back should you trade out be 90 or 110, I have no idea.

Just my 2 cents.
