Hi John,
I'm not looking at the chart but I think I can answer your question.
If two or more X's come up to the same price level, that is a top. When an X exceeds that top by one or more, that is a buy signal (a break).
So, if there are two X's at 120 right now than another X at 122 would be a double top buy signal.
Does that make sense?
