Further Information - Genzyme Development Partners, LP Re: Form 10K - Genzyme Development Partners, LP 3/31/98 ..."the General Partner believes that during 1997 the executive officers and directors of the General Partner complied with all filing requirements, except that Mr. Collier filed a Form 3 with the SEC on 1/9/98 that was due in September 1997". In the Yahoo Message Board, a representative identified as "Soocee" has posted an insider trading report relating to Henri Termeer. Soocee is responsible for filing these forms for Genzyme Executives (as per post / Soocee). Question: How many shares were involved with this Form 3? Expand the Insider Trading Analysis - To include directors/officers of Genzyme Development Partners, LP and Genzyme Development Corporation 11. What do you think? Any comments? CAVEAT EMPTOR
