Thank you, Gary. I have a suggestion. I understand you are busy, but when you or one of your technicians fixes a problem, why not immediately send an e-mail back to the customer. This keeps in communication for obvious reasons, and if the fix did not work, you would know about it quickly enough and the customer would understand that they have your attention on the problem. I did not know you were actually looking into my problem before the latter part of today when I foundit fixed. I am happy to see that the response from your end is there to your customer's problems.
