I had called the SEC to ask what the rule is on TA's a while ago.
I was under the impression from posts I had read on SI, that the TA was required to furnish the information.
As per the SEC, there is no requirement.
I requested that they make it so.
I am certain I will be the one that changes things.
;-)

Hello Leroy, just got off the phone with Alpha(NTAH transfer agent).
This time I made it passed the secretary and spoke to Jim-the transfer agent. He informed me that approximately 2 months ago the company placed a gag order on all share information to be released by Alpha.
As I said last night,I thought this was unusual, and according to his stats-it is. Out of 200-250 companies Alpha represents,2,including NTAH have such an order in place, and the other company besides NTAH is going through litigation. He did say that Dan could authorize an outside party such as I,to receive the current info from Alpha.DD
